Abstract
Offers ASUC guidance to ensure the safety and reduce the impact on others of structural repairs on domestic buildings. Looks at main construction techniques (brick stitching, resin bonding, reinforced brickwork, anchors with cementitious grouting and lateral restraint techniques), temporary works, health and safety, the project team, procurement, insurance, guarantees and domestic property owner considerations.
