Abstract
Provides advice for those maintaining buildings with external wall insulation (EWI) systems with a render or brick-slip finish, including those over 18m in height or that are in exposed locations. Summarises the current situation, looks at which buildings might be affected, new and external installations, maintenance and alterations and what to do next.
