Abstract
Aimed at those responsible for residential buildings over 18m in height with aluminium composite material (ACM) cladding. Addresses the fire safety concerns, relevant legislation and guidance, further information, includes a information flow chart on cladding removal, identifying and testing of ACM cladding systems, fire safety of buildings, remedial works and maintenance, durability and safety after cladding removal, professional advisors, building regulations and planning.
