Abstract

Aims to provide a general background to Inspectors on various types of opposed rights of way orders which are submitted to the Secretary of State/the Welsh Ministers for confirmation. Also includes two appendices which give various statutory definitions of rights of way and sets out relevant primary and secondary legislation and guidance.
