Summarises comments and suggestions offered in the 2017 public consultation seeking views on updating the School premises (general requirements and standards (Scotland) regulations 1967. The report groups the proposals into regulations which will be retained unchanged, regulations which will be updated, regulations to be removed, regulations for independent schools, business and regulations, equality, children's rights and wellbeing.
