Abstract
Includes details on the lifting of the moratorium on internal grouted post-tensioned construction and improvements to durability that can be made by the use of controlled permeability formwork, dense near surface concrete, corrosion inhibitors and other materials such as lightweight aggregate concrete, and stainless steel reinforcement. References are also made to thaumasite sulfate attack.
