Abstract
Details requirements for mobile fire extinguishers with metallic bodies complying with the pressure resistance specified in EN 1866-1. Applicable to mobile fire extinguishers containing non-explosive, non-flammable, non-toxic and non-oxidizing fluids or powder where the maximum allowable pressure PS is lower than or equal to 30 bar. Covers: materials, design and prototype testing, manufacturing, inspection and testing during manufacturing.
