Abstract
Summarises the applicability of the Weight and Measures (Packaged Goods) Regulations 2006. SI 2006/659 to bags of cement. Offers MPAC guidance for plants generally, plants with automated in-line check-weighers and bag rejection, and without automated in-line check-weighers.
