Abstract
Reduced data SAP (RdSAP) is to be used for existing dwellings when the complete data set for SAP calculation is not available, it is based on a site survey of the property.
Document History
Superseded by RdSAP 2012 v9.94, for use from 22nd September 2019. This appendix forms part of SAP 2012 and should be used from 19 November 2017. RdSAP 2012 v 9.93 is used for Energy Performance Certificates for existing dwellings and applies in all parts of the UK.
