Abstract

Relates to an elastomeric bitumen membrane, for use as a high-resistance vapour control layer in built-up felt roofing and other insulated roof waterproofing systems. Key factors assessed were resistance to water and water vapour, properties in relation to fire, resistance to wind uplift and foot traffic, and durability.
