Abstract
Presents an inclusive strategy aiming to improve design and implementation of equal access to transport for disabled people. The main themes relate to travelling confidently, ease of access, support and assistance, improving physical infrastructure, passenger rights, staff training, and improving travel and journey information. A follow up to this strategy will involve publishing a monitoring and evaluation framework.
