Advises on the Sustainability Appraisal and Strategic Environment Assessment process for those assessing the effects of plans on Northern Ireland's historic environment with regard to the relevant policy in the Regional Development Strategy 2035 (RDS) and the Strategic Planning Policy Statement (SPPS).
