Abstract
Notification and summary for local authority chief executives of an extension to the types of applications for building warrant to be notified to Building Standards Division under section 34 of the Building (Scotland) act 2003. Updates the previous request for notification issued in 2005. A further update has been issued extending the categories of buildings that verifiers need to notify to BSD and some clarification has been given for the wording relating to qualification levels of surveyors.
