Abstract
Represents further advice for building owners, professional advisers and FRS about panels (spandrel, window or infill) on external walls. Primarily aimed at high rise residential blocks of flats (over 18m) but may be used for other premises in certain circumstances. Considers the requirements within Building Regulations and provides advice for review and assessment.
