Issued under section 34 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, providing practical guidance on how to meet waste duty of care requirements. Covers: scope of the duty of care, duty of care requirements for waste holders, waste laws for waste holders, and waste duty of care requirements for occupiers of domestic property.
