Abstract
Notification of the amendment regulations and associated documents issued November 2018 relating to changes to Approved Documents B and 7 and came into force 21/12/2018. The changes introduce a ban on the use of combustible materials in external walls of residential buildings over 18 metres in height. Explains transitional arrangements, commencement of work, and material change of use.
