Abstract
Aims to consolidate Percent for Art principles and objectives as guidance. Relevant to publicly funded infrastructure projects with a net capital construction budget of a minimum of £1m, for example the new-build and refurbishment of public buildings, open spaces, infrastructure facilities and environmental schemes.
