Abstract
Aims to gather information relating to increasing provision of changing places toilets in new public buildings and those undergoing building works. Sets the context of the consultation and details how the increased provision could be offered through mandatory requirements included in the building regulations, also looks at size and equipment, impacts, costs and benefits.
