Requirements and best practice for the operation of open-loop heat pump systems that use groundwater as their thermal resource to supply heating and/or cooling or to store heat, including water held in aquifers, mines, and caverns.

This code of practice is a joint project between the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE), the Heat Pump Association (HPA) and the Ground Source Heat Pump Association (GSHPA).
