Abstract

Presents the findings and recommendations of research investigating unadopted roads in Wales. These include: establishing and maintaining a database to record all unadopted roads in Wales, provide cost estimates for improvements, with good practice guidance and standards to be developed relating to new housing estate roads and adoptable roadways.
