Abstract
Provides fire safety guidance for specialised housing and adopts both a person-centric and premises based risk assessment approach. Looks at management control, the law and fire safety and includes appendices relating to fire safety advice for residents, fire action notices, templates for person-centred and fire safety risk assessment, assistive technology options, responsibility matrix and mobility scooter guidance.
