Abstract
The handbook is part of the Construction Manual and offers procurement guidance for contracting authorities for construction projects. The 15 chapters cover: the client and project environment, project governance, client team roles and responsibilities, business case and appraisal, project initiation routemap, stakeholder analysis, risk, community benefits, fair payments, project bank accounts, whole life cost, BIM, project assurance, quality assurance, and design in construction.
