A public consultation with the intention of amending Technical Guidance Document C 1997 to take account of S.R. 21:2014 (+A1:2016) and guidance on the placement (use) of hardcore.

This is a draft copy (including 2019 amendments), and should not be used in place of the DEHLG Building regulations 1997 Technical guidance document. Responses will inform the finalisation of the 2019 revision of Technical Guidance Document C. Please note that submissions received may be made available on the Department’s website. Consultation closed 4 November 2019.
