Abstract
Guidance for Inspectors dealing with orders made under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, the Highways Act 1980 and the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 claiming the procedural requirements set out in the appropriate schedules to the legislation have not been adhered to.
