Abstract

Consolidates previous advice issued for building owners as part of the Building Safety Programme following the Grenfell Tower fire in 2017. The advice relates to the assessment and remediation measures for existing high-rise residential buildings with ACM cladding, as well as reviewing and assessing other cladding systems, their fire safety, external fire spread, the management of key fire safety risks and updates the knowledge base relating to assessing non-ACM external wall systems. Annex A focuses on flat entrance fire doors.
