Abstract
Presents the analysis of responses for the 2019 Scottish Government consultation looking to update fire safety guidance for specialised housing. A draft guidance document was published along with a series of questions seeking views relating to the fire safety regime review in Scotland. The guidance focussed on 2 methods to assess fire risks in specialised housing: premises based and person-centric. Looks at the responses received in the consultation, potential benefits and costs, and impact assessments.
