Abstract
Following public consultation in 2019 looking at improving fire safety guidance in specialised housing, the business and regulatory impacts are examined. Presents the aims and objectives, rationale for Government intervention and national outcome of the exercise. The implementation and delivery plan indicate the guidance will be launched in early 2020.
