Contextual information on February 2020 changes to the Building Regulations Fire Safety guidance, clarifying the provision of common alarm systems, refuge spaces and escape stairs in flats; and adding sections on open plan flats, extended corridor travel distances, domestic sprinkler systems and dedicated firefighting lobbies.
