Abstract
Explains the changes made by Planning (Development Management) (Temporary Modifications) (Coronavirus) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020. SR 2020/72, which temporarily amend the Planning (Development Management) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015. SR 2015/71 with respect to removing the requirement to hold a public event as part of the pre application community consultation process associated with planning applications for major development. The changes will apply for 5 months from 1 May 2020.
