Abstract
Formulates the notification to Chief Executives in Scottish Local Authorities, encouraging a flexible approach towards businesses and organisations erecting temporary buildings and change of use circumstances in the recovery and renew phase of COVID-19 as lockdown restrictions ease. Recommends some leniency and allowing an extension to the number of days before a building warrant is required.
