Abstract

Relates to mechanically fixed enhanced grey EPS boards with a glassfibre mesh-reinforced basecoat and a render finish, for use on external masonry walls in domestic and non-domestic buildings up to 18 metres high. Key factors assessed were thermal performance, strength and stability, behaviour in relation to fire, condensation risk and durability.
