With new regulations around UK construction products having come into effect on 01 January 2021, you may be confused about exactly how this will affect you. In this article, we look at the new conformity marking protocols and where they apply, explore some of the new terminology and rules, clarify which products need the new marking immediately vs which ones can be transitioned and confirm the timeline for doing that.
