Abstract

Introduces the Specification for Highway Works, Notes for guidance, Highway construction details and Bills of quantities. Provides implementation requirements for their use in trunk road contracts in the UK. Also sets out approval procedures to be followed by manufacturers and suppliers of goods and materials.
