Abstract
Contains the Town and Country Planning (Consultation) (England) Direction 2021, which was made under the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (SI 2015/595). The Direction came into force on 21 April 2021 and requires local planning authorities in England to consult the Secretary of State before granting planning permission for certain types of development.
