Abstract
Supplies practical guidance linked to observing regulations 4(1)(e), 4(5)(d), 6(1)(c), (d) and (e) and 9(1)(b) of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Chemical Agents) Regulations 2001 (S.I. 619/2001) as amended by Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Chemical Agents) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 ( S.I. 623/2015) and Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Chemical Agents) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 (S.I. 231 of 2021) relating to occupational exposure limit values for several chemical agents. In addition supplies advice linked to the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Carcinogens) Regulations 2001 as amended by Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Carcinogens) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 (S.I. 622/2015) and Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Carcinogens) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 (S.I. 592/2019).
