Provides guidance on the responsibilities of the Responsible Person and the Duty Holder in accordance with SI 2005/1541, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, which is also known as the Fire Safety Order (FSO). Details who might be considered a Responsible Person or a Duty Holder, with examples, and how they can comply with FSO requirements looking at fire safety measures and actions. Applies to England and Wales.
