Provides an introduction and guidance for completing fire safety risk assessments on non-domestic premises and houses of multiple occupation (HMO). Covers relevant knowledge and experience required, hazards and risks, the aims and the 5 steps in the assessment process, the information to record, getting started and factors to take into consideration.
