Abstract
Comprises statutory guidance on how the Water Framework Directive is being implemented in England. Aims to help the Environment Agency to carry out their river basin planning functions for the period 2021 to 2027. Sets out expectations for the main steps and principles of the river basin planning process and the documents the Agency must produce.
