Abstract
Covers test apparatus, sampling and procedure for the recovery of soluble bitumen from bituminous pavement materials in a form suitable for further testing. The procedure is only suitable for the recovery of paving grade bitumens used in roads, airfields or similar and can be carried out on loose or compact materials.
