Abstract
Comprises a letter to Chief Planning Officers which relates to nutrient pollution having an adverse impact on some rivers and waterbodies in the catchments of Habitats Sites and how this effects planning authorities in terms of decisions and plans. Covers: nutrient neutrality; support to enable development; what this means for decisions and plans; DLUHC funding support at a catchment level; support from the Planning Advisory Service; and tackling nutrient pollution impacts nationally.
