Abstract
Supports Part F of Schedule 1 to the Building Regulations 2010, giving guidance for compliance with the Regulations for building work carried out in Wales. Deals with ventilation in dwellings. Covers: ventilation provision; mechanical ventilation with heat recovery; minimising the ingress of external pollutants; work on existing dwellings; replacing windows; commissioning and providing information.
