Abstract
Details the proposed Higher Risk Buildings (Descriptions and Supplementary Provisions) Regulations which complete the definition of higher-risk building for the new building safety regime. It seeks to address: Defining the design and construction and occupation of a building, which fall within the category of high-risk and which aren't, and finally the method for measuring height and number of storeys.
