Abstract
Sets out the second annual delivery plan for Scotland's National Transport Strategy (NTS2) for the period 2022 to 2023. Covers the vision for the NTS2, showing how the strategy's four priorities of reducing inequalities, taking climate action, delivering inclusive economic growth, improving health and wellbeing can be delivered.
