Abstract

Presents the government response and analysis for the 2022 consultation looking at the in-occupation phase for higher-risk buildings, with new regulatory requirements being introduced and applies to England only. This report summarises the consultation process, grouping the responses into sections relating to: the parts of a building an accountable person is responsible for, and the key building information to be submitted, updated and published.
