Abstract
Provides a methodology for the measurement, analysis and reporting for determining the nacelle transfer function of electricity producing wind turbines using the nacelle-anemometry methods. Applies to horizontal axis turbines only of sufficient size that the anemometer does not affect the wind turbine's performance.
