Abstract
Provides guidance for preparing contracts to be used for construction, improvement or maintenance of trunk roads and motorways. Sets out the requirements for traffic signs, covering regulations, sign classification and standards, permanent traffic signs, foundations, posts, sign plates, faces, construction and assembly, location and erection, covering, permanent bollards, marker posts, road markings, road studs, temporary traffic signs, traffic signals, detector loops, crossings, gantries, and surface preparations.
