Abstract
Presents the updated government response and analysis for the 2022 consultation looking at the in-occupation phase for higher-risk buildings, with new regulatory requirements being introduced and applies to England only. This report summarises the consultation process, grouping the responses into sections relating to: the registration and review of decisions, looking at timescales and process, changes to information, building under the new regime, transitional arrangements, and existing buildings.
