Abstract
Presents the updated government response and analysis for the 2022 consultation looking at the in-occupation phase for higher-risk buildings, with new regulatory requirements being introduced and applies to England only. This report summarises the consultation process, grouping the responses into sections relating to: certification, reporting, resident engagement, golden thread, enforcement, reviews and appeals and impact of the new regime.
