Presents the updated government response and analysis for the 2022 consultation looking at the in-occupation phase for higher-risk buildings, with new regulatory requirements being introduced and applies to England only. This report summarises the consultation process and groups the responses into sections relating to: resident engagement, golden thread, and duties.
