Abstract
The new guidelines give a summary of the Building Safety Act 2022, the golden thread of information, and the new regulatory framework. The RIBA Plan of Work's Stages 4 (Technical Design) and 5 (Construction Information) are given particular attention. The manual clarifies digitalisation, the new common data environment (CDE) duties, and how to handle product data. It also describes the requirements for developing a digital information plan.
